It was the March holidays and a sunny day. And since it’s the holidays, I brought my nieces to Sentosa’s beach for a day of fun. The intention was also to celebrate Gladys birthday. We took Sentosa Express, the new light rail system from Vivo City. It was really fast and convenient and took only about 10 minutes to get to the beach station.

While walking to the Siloso beach, we passed by the Luge & Skyride. And the kids were game for a ride, and so was my mum! I was queuing for the tickets when my mum came to tell me that she’s going up with us. I was like, woah, mum, are you sure? She got abit nervous when we were about to come down in the luge cos she has never driven anything, not even a bicycle. And guess what, she was so excited after her first ride and wanted a second ride!
